🎉 We’ve reached the halfway point of the 25–26 school year! Today wraps up Quarter 2 and Semester 1. 📚 No school for students tomorrow—it’s a teacher grading day. Monday is also a no-school day as we honor MLK Jr. Day. ✨ Enjoy the long weekend!

The favorite part of my day was…
Watching students record their “This or That” preference during passing periods. Sneakers or sandals?…& continuing the small-group meetings, with the 7th grade boys & the 6th grade girls.

📣 Reminder! Tomorrow is a full day Friday!
The favorite part of my day was…
Seeing students playing board games at lunch as an alternative activity now that students aren’t on their cell phones during the school day…& in response to our student experience survey, meeting with the senior girls to listen & learn more about their perspective & school experience.

The Snoopy bus is running approximately 10 minutes late due to additional stops.
The favorite part of my day was…
Seeing the morning birthday crew making their rounds to “Celebration”…& seeing the product of kids serving kids in the spirit day signage & the photo booth fundraiser. Both of these are student-led activities. Our Leadership class is learning by experience what it means to lead and lead well, by example & with a mindset of serving others. Our students are actively working to be a part of making our school the best it can be. And we will be the best, because of our students.
