The favorite part of my day was… Seeing these letters come off the printer & seeing some of the immediate benefits of our developing intervention programming. We are fortunately staffed with qualified educators in key roles. The process of working to get staff in roles they are passionate & skilled in & then watching the students reap the benefits is, to put simply, incredibly rewarding. The favorite part of my day was… Seeing the expanded menu for our 6th-12th grade student-led store & hearing how excited the middle school students continue to be (thanks for the photo bomb Mr. B)…& getting together for our staff meeting & hearing staff share wins & shoutouts from the week of school. The favorite part of my day was… Seeing our young elementary grades in our STEM classes & watching the upper grades, in a quick assembly, teach our 6th-12th grade students how to cheer on our winning volleyball team. Our K-5 afterschool program, SKORE, is back for the fall! 🍂 Registration is now open for the upcoming session, which runs from September 29 to December 11.

This session will feature a variety of fun and engaging activities, including: 📚 Book Club, ♟️ Chess, 📣 Cheer, 👩‍🍳 Cooking, and 🎨 Arts & Crafts.

The favorite part of my day was… Seeing the colorful 4th grade bulletin board, & hearing about the yearbook class presenting to the leadership class their proposals for possible themes for this year‘s yearbook. Teachers collaborating and groups of students collaborating in order to produce the best possible product. A great example of the power of shared leadership and teamwork.
